McLaren's Shadow Project qualifiers have started

As we reported last month, McLaren has launched an esports competition by the name of Shadow Project, and now we know that the first qualifiers have arrived, with iRacing hosting two Shadow qualifying series as of yesterday.

One of these will feature the MP4-30 Formula 1 car, while the other features a 12C GT3 sportscar racer, and each of these qualifiers will be five weeks long. At the end of it all, the driver with the highest combined points total from the two series will earn an invite to the finals, and more information on iRacing can be found on their website, with the action available to watch at this link every Sunday at 20:00 BST.
