Leeds United are the ePremier League 2022/23 champions

The team beat out Tottenham Hotspur to win the tournament.

While many Tottenham Hotspur fans were likely hoping that its esports players could break the team's long-running drought of being able to win literally anything, that dream has been shattered by Leeds United.

As Leeds' "Stokes" and "Ollelito" has defeated Spurs' "Tom Leese" and "Gorilla" in the finals of the ePremier League's 2022/23 season, with a total final score of Stokes tying with Tom Leese 1-1, and then Ollelito defeating Gorilla 3-0.

This result means another year of the ePremier League has wrapped up, and all eyes will be on the 2023/24 campaign, when that kicks off sometime later this year.
