King valued at $7.6 billion

Candy Crush maker goes on the New York Stock Exchange.

King, makers of the wildly successful Candy Crush Saga, are heading to the New York Stock Exchange sometime soon. A total of 15.5 will be made available at $21 to $24 - making the total value of the company as high as $7.6 billion (£4.55 billion).

This IPO (Initial Public Offering) looks set to net King a whopping $530 million (£319 million). With Candy Crush being the runaway success story of the British based company, there are fears that King will follow in the footsteps of Zynga in becoming something of a one hit social wonder.
