Killing Floor 2 celebrates the holidays with Yuletide Horror

This new update adds plenty of festive content to the game, including a new map, boss, and several weapons.

Tripwire Interactive has announced a festive surprise for Killing Floor 2 players, as the game has just received the Yuletide Horror seasonal update to celebrate the holidays, featuring plenty of new content.

One bit of new content is a new boss called The Matriarch, seeing Rachel Clamely come in as a brand new boss featuring biotech modifications. There's also a new community map called Sanitarium, allowing players to summon "the great one".

Biotics Lab is an objective map with the update as well, and there are four new weapons on top of all of this:

HRG Incision - Field Medic
Winterbites - Gunslinger
Mosin Nagant - Sharpshooter
Riot Shield / Glock 18 - SWAT

The seasonal Zeds return with this update as well, bringing the festive season to players as they mow them down, and it's worth noting that the Mosin Nagant and Riot Shield/Glock 18 are premium weapons.
