Just last week we reported on Konami striking a deal with Bayern München for eFootball PES 2020, and now a brand new trailer has revealed that Italian champions Juventus have also entered into a "long-term, exclusive partnership" with the game, accompanied by the trailer below.

This means that Konami gets exclusive use of the team within console football games, including the name, crest, and kits, so competitor FIFA won't be able to include these. This also allowed Konami to 3D scan the star players like Cristiano Ronaldo too, who was the cover player for FIFA 19 last year.

Jonas Lygaard, Senior Director Brand & Business Development at Konami Digital Entertainment B.V., commented: "Our comprehensive partnership with Juventus FC, one of the greatest teams in the world, is a clear statement of intent for eFootball PES 2020 - the only console game where you can play as the Italian giants. With eFootball PES, playing is believing and we're proud to have Juventus FC believe in us and our exciting future together."

The Allianz Stadium is also being recreated in eFootball PES 2020, with all the small details, and just as with Serge Gnabry, Bosnian midfielder Miralem Pjanić is a PES ambassador this year, also featured on the cover as well as appearing in various activations throughout the year.

Giorgio Ricci, Chief Revenue Officer, commented: "We are particularly proud of the partnership signed with Konami. This agreement sees two global football and entertainment icons, PES and Juventus partnering together for the next three years, and it will allow us to more easily identify with our younger fans, as well as increase our appeal to both sports fans and those of esports."

You can check out the trailer below to see how Juventus is being brought to life. How big a signing is this exclusive deal for Konami?
