Judas Priest pays homage to Ozzy Osbourne with charity version of War Pigs
It will look to raise money for Parkinson's disease charities.
While the death of Ozzy Osbourne was a very sad affair, you cannot deny that the Prince of Darkness had one of the greatest sending offs of all-time. Shortly before his passing, he headlined a massive charity show in his home city of Birmingham, where countless rock and metal legends took to the stage and collaborated for a concert like no other, all in honour of Ozzy and his band Black Sabbath.
Now another famed metal band is looking to pay homage to Ozzy and Black Sabbath by releasing a charity single version of the famed song War Pigs. All of the money that the single generates will be sent to charities that look to care for and help those suffering from Parkinson's disease, an illness that Ozzy had been battling for many years, and which Black Sabbath member Glenn Tipton has since been diagnosed with too.
As per BBC News, Tipton even features in this charity single, where he lends his guitar talents to the track, while Ozzy's original voice and audio is used for alternate lines of the song too.
You can listen to a snippet of the song below, and can find it on most major music streaming services too.
