John Carpenter really loves Borderlands 3

As you might recall, John Carpenter (yup, the Carpenter, maker of movies like Halloween, Escape from New York, The Thing and Big Trouble in Little China) was the biggest fan of Borderlands 2, and even went as far as claiming: "There's no better game on the face of the earth" in an interview with Esquire back in 2014. So what does he think of Borderlands 3?

Well, it seems like he is very impressed of what he has seen so far, and after seeing the first 14 minutes of the game in a gameplay video released yesterday, he tweeted:

"The first 14 minutes of BORDERLANDS 3 looks absolutely awesome!!!"

Borderlands 3 actually went gold last week, something we reported about, which likely means no delays. That means we'll get to see if Carpenter was right on this one on September 13 when the game is launched on PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
