Crytek's Hunt: Showdown has finally emerged out of early access for a full release, and on top of that we have not only a launch trailer, but the Legends of the Bayou DLC as well, which can be purchased for £8.99 (€9.99, $9.99 USD), while the base game costs £35.99 (€39.99, $39.99).

"Hunt: Showdown's development has been completely community-driven, and that has been such a rewarding experience for the entire team," producer Fatih Özbayram said. "Together with the community, we were able to create the fun, tense, memorable gaming experience we set out to make. For example, it was a community request that inspired us to add teams of three to Hunt, alongside many other features," said Özbayram. "So a big thank you goes out to everyone who has supported us throughout the development process - we couldn't have done it without you."

As for the DLC, this brings two new Legendary Hunter characters, a pair of unique weapons, and 500 Blood Bonds. The Hunters are the Bone Doctor and the Weird Sister, which you can experience right now if you invest.

Will this be your first time playing Hunt: Showdown?

REVIEW. Written by Mike Holmes

"This twisted online shooter is both unique and cleverly designed, and we love the atmosphere that Crytek has been able to create."
