Hue is coming to Nintendo Switch next week

The game has already been released on a number of platforms, and now this version is coming with remapped controls and a launch discount.

Curve Digital and Fiddlesticks have announced that the latter's puzzle-platformer Hue is coming to the Nintendo Switch, and we won't have to wait long before trying out the colour-changing title, since it's landing on June 6. We even have an announcement trailer for this version, which you can watch here.

The game will cost £9.99 ($9.99 USD, €9.99) on the eShop, making it cheaper than all other platforms. What's more is that a 20% discount will also be applied until June 19 as well, so there's every reason to give it a go on Switch if you've been waiting for a deal.

In Hue you have to try and find out where your mother is, but to advance on your journey you need to manipulate the colours of the world around you. The Switch version features fully remapped controls for the platform, as well as the colourblind mode, using symbols as an aid.

If you still want more on Hue before you buy, check out our review from 2016. Will you be buying it on Switch?

REVIEW. Written by Kieran Harris

"Adding a splash of colour to the saturated indie puzzle-platformer scene, Hue is a worthy experience that is as individual as it is charming."
