According to online sources, the HTC Vive will soon feature even more control options, as during CES 2017 HTC allegedly revealed a bunch of new accessories for the VR device.

HTC are said to have developed a new tracking device, which allows for users to use real objects in a VR space. Among these were gloves, guns, and sports equipment attached to this Vive Tracker (much like you could attach a tennis racket to the remote on the Wii). HTC is said to have delivered 1,000 Vive Trackers for developers, and according to the rumour it should be available for consumers on the later half of this year.

HTC is delivering wireless products as well, although they don't manufacture these themselves. Chinese developer TPCast has already made a wireless transmitter to Vive, and we expect these wireless devices to make a real push during this year. At the moment TPCast costs around 250 US dollars.
