Blizzard has just revealed a brand new hero on her way to Heroes of the Storm, who is the second original character to join the series of Blizzard legends. Her name is Qhira, and she's an Assassin who can use her grappling hook for quick movement, available right now on the PC test servers before officially releasing on August 6.
Carnage is one of her abilities, unleashing her chainsword one way and dealing continuous damage, while Blood Rage is a passive ability that causes basic attacks and abilities to make enemies bleed, dealing damage that can stack up to five times. Sweep, however, attaches her sword to an enemy to stun them, rotating them around to deal damage to nearby enemies, and Unrelenting Strikes (Heroic 1) deploys her sword in swooping arcs. Final Strike (Heroic 2) has her strike the ground with her sword, dealing damage to enemies in its path, and the grappling hook just pulls her towards any terrain it touches, as well as heroes.
For a deeper dive into Qhira check out her hero profile and the trailer below, which shows these abilities in action.
