Here They Lie playable without PSVR from tomorrow

The PSVR launch title Here They Lie had us impressed when it appeared together with the PlayStation VR headset back in 2016 (here's our review if you want to know more). With that in mind, developer Cory Davis from Tangentlemen <a href"http://blog.us.playstation.com/2017/02/20/here-they-lie-updated-with-ps4-and-ps4-pro-support-on-february-21/">announced</a> today that we'll be able to experience the surreal horror game even without PSVR from tomorrow.

The game is getting an extensive patch that will integrate the option to play without VR. Other new features include a configurable control scheme and the chapter selection screen. Much has also been done in terms of the game's visuals, with the game getting better anti-aliasing and more lighting effects. Furthermore textures, frame-rate and the sharpness of objects have been polished up for the VR mode as well.
