Ninja Theory's Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice is getting the VR treatment for HTC Vive and Oculus Rift next Tuesday, July 31. However, looking back at the game's platforms, something obvious is missing, and that's a PSVR version for PS4. Ninja Theory has now commented on the matter over on Twitter:

"To answer the question: Hellblade VR won't be coming to PSVR, purely because the VR Edition has been created for very high-end PC VR set ups."

"Purely" suggests that the omission has nothing do with Microsoft recently buying Ninja Theory. Still, many people would have expected Hellblade on PSVR given its initial release on Sony's platform. Would you have played it given the option? Leave your comments below.
