Hearthstone is getting The Dalaran Heist as part of Rise of Shadows, and missions designer Giovanni Scarpati has given us a look at the new solo adventure on the way, which takes place within the Rise of Shadows story that sees Rafaam assemble a team to pull off a five-chapter heist, taking the riches of the city before stealing the floating city of Dalaran itself.

The League of E.V.I.L. is planning the heist, and each chapter contains unique encounters, a final boss, and a twist on the mechanics, like vaults of coins players can break into and crowded streets restricting room for minions. Below is a breakdown of all of the chapters and their relevant twists:

Chapter 1: Dalaran Bank
Twist: Coin-filled Coffers

Chapter 2: The Violet Hold
Twist: Imprisoned Minions

Chapter 3: Streets of Dalaran
Twist: Crowded Streets

Chapter 4: The Underbelly
Twist: Swapped Attack and Health

Chapter 5: Kirin Tor Citadel
Twist: Four Additional Encounters

There are also new features coming to solo adventures with the heist, like a loadout system that allows for new hero powers and other starting deck options, unlocked as you go. There are also non-combat tavern encounters as well, letting you building your deck and make changes, which happen on every run. The new Anomaly Mode, however, randomly alters the rules after unlocking all five chapters.

The heist starts on May 16 with the first chapter free, while subsequent chapters are available for £6.99 each ($6.99 USD, €6.99) or 700 gold. A package with all of the chapters, however, will cost you £16.99 ($19.99, €19.99).

The Rise of Shadows expansion was first revealed in full back in March, but what do you think of this new solo adventure?
