Blizzard has announced that it is planning to do many card changes in the upcoming patch. The new patch, 6.1.3, will rebalance seven cards in total most notable Yogg-Saron, Hope's End, which has raised a lot of complaints on the professional tournament scene.

In case you don't know Yogg-Saron casts a random spell for every spell previously cast in the match and often wipes the board several times and swings the game in wildly different directions. The main change is that Yogg-Saron will now stop casting spells if, during the battlecry, it is destroyed, silenced, transformed or returned to its owner's hand. That makes it nonviable for competitive play, but most likely it will see some play in "just for fun" decks.

Other cards hit are Execute, Abusive Sergeant, Charge, Call of the Wild, Tuskarr Totemic and Tockbiter Weapon. That means the most affected classes are the Shaman and Warrior, who despite the nerfs still remain on the top of the meta.

If you are curious exactly what kind of changes were made head up to Blizzard's official Hearthstone blog. The update's release date has so far not been announced but it is due soon.
