Rockstar has released four new GTA 6 images focused on Lucia and Jason, with the screenshots appearing in Love Magazine alongside an illustration of the pair on its cover. IGN reported the update on October 2, describing it as part of the game's expanding marketing campaign. The images put the protagonists together in everyday-looking scenes rather than presenting a confirmed gameplay reveal.

One black-and-white shot shows Jason in a white vest and Lucia in a leopard-print crop top, while two others place them opposite each other in a diner booth. A large bag sits nearby, but its contents and purpose are not confirmed; the scene could be read in several ways, none established as story detail. Other images show the pair dressed for a night out, with Jason in bike leathers, playing pool in what appears to be a biker bar. The official images arrive amid intense attention around the game, including leaked GTA 6 gameplay footage.

The accompanying developer commentary frames the duo's ambitions in more grounded terms: their version of the American Dream involves owning a house and paying off debts, rather than becoming billionaires. Rockstar senior vice president of narrative Rupert Humphries discussed that framing, while writer Elizabeth Gauvey-Kern said the team wanted both leads to be vulnerable, tough and flawed, with room to learn from each other. The Miami Heat's announced A Night in Vice City event also featured in IGN's report as another part of the game's growing promotional push.
