Producer Greg Rizzer talks us through some of the major changes made to Army of Two in the third chapter of the series.

"One of the things about Army of One and The 40th Day, it had a huge fanbase, the games were successful for EA, it had mediocre scores at the review, but the fact of the matter is that there were a lot of people who really felt there was something great about the franchise. So, one of the things that we wanted to do there was really elevate the franchise. We feel that this is a franchise that people enjoy, we feel that if it was given a great treatment, we can really elevate the product. So, the reason why the Army of Two franchise continues on is because we look at the game and we say we're really good in the co-operative gameplay space."

"That's always been the core, that's something we're always going to maintain, but this time around we're going to try and tell a more mature story a little bit. There's still going to be a lot of fun in there and everything like that, it's still a video game at its heart. But we felt it was kind of time to elevate the storytelling and gritty nature of the franchise."
