GRTV: Payday: The Heist
There are fax machines in it.
We met up with Ulf Andersson, one of the founders of GRIN (who closed down in 2009) and now the game director on Payday: The Heist at his new digs Overkill Software. He talks us through the upcoming downloadable co-operative heist game where the aim has been to create a compelling and replayable co-operative experience. He also lets us in on the fact that there will be fax machines in the game (GRIN were famously asked to fax over music files to publisher Square Enix as they wanted to get out of honouring a contract to produce a spin-off on Final Fantasy XII).
