The Paris Eternal is currently in the business of rebuilding for the 2022 Overwatch League season, which will be played on Overwatch 2 and will use a 5v5 format instead of the 6v6 format Overwatch plays with.
As part of this re-build, at the start of October, the Eternal revealed that Nikolai "Naga" Dereli, Daniël "Daan" Scheltema, Emir "Kaan" Okumus, and Arthur "dridro" Szanto would be returning to the team for the 2022 season, but now it has also revealed another signing, in the former London Spitfire and Paris Eternal star, Gil-seong "Glister" Lim.
Despite being one of the most sought out Overwatch Contenders players when he originally came to the OWL, Glister has yet to make a huge impact in the highest level of competition. With the Eternal on an upward trajectory by the end of the 2021 season, Glister's presence will hopefully help the team make a run for the championship at the end of the 2022 season.
