Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered lands in October

Coming to PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One to reintroduce us to the classic game and franchise.

Just before the summer started, Saber Interactive and Mad Dog Games announced that they were bringing the Ghostbusters back via a remake of their 2009 game, a title in which all of the original actors participated and provided a healthy dose of nostalgia.

Now they have announced when Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered will be released, and it turns out we will be able to bust some ghosts in time for Halloween. as it launches on October 4 for all four announced formats - PC, PlayStation 4, Switch and Xbox One. It's also just in time for the new Ghostbusters film, coming next year.

Ghostbusters is celebrating the 35th anniversary this year, and in the game you play as a new recruit to the team, battling paranormal creatures with brand new visuals, large boss fights, destructible environments, and more.
