Having the devilish feat of following The Last of Us: Part II and continuing the trend of musical introductions was Sucker Punch's Ghost of Tsushima, which received an extended gameplay trailer during Sony's E3 Press Conference this morning.

Here we got a closer look at the game's combat and traversal and saw the protagonist use a grappling hook traverse the decaying buildings around him before jumping down and slashing the throats of those around him. An intense duel concluded the teaser and the upcoming title looked stunning as a fire glowed behind the Japanese warriors while cherry blossoms descended from the trees.

No release date was announced for the title but we will be sure to keep you updated if and when we find out more.

"It's jaw-droppingly beautiful and the same attention to detail shines through in the combat and its presentation."
