Sea of Thieves got its biggest update yet with the Anniversary Update dropping in late April. And it seems like it was a big hit. Producer Joe Neate has now revealed on Mixer that the game has passed 8.4 million players - and two million of those started playing during the last three months.
Rare also wants to highlight the wonderful Halo Infinite E3 trailer and has therefore announced on Twitter that they have, in collaboration with 343 Industries, made a glorious Spartan Ship Set for Sea of Thieves. And it's actually not hard to get either, nor is it expensive:
"We're proud to unveil the @Halo-inspired Spartan Ship Set, made in partnership with our friends at 343 Industries. Earn it by battling in The Arena on the E3 show floor OR by playing #SeaOfThieves at any time between now and 23:59 BST on Saturday!"
So there you have it. Hurry up and play Sea of Thieves before Saturday and bring some Halo glory to your pirate ship for free. Are you going to get this one?
Thanks, Resetera.
