Geralt joins Monster Hunter: World on PC in May

The Witcher crossover event lands on PC after being available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One since February.

Capcom has announced the PC release date for the Monster Hunter: World and The Witcher collaborative crossover event recently, and it's not too far off, as Witcher-themed missions and rewards for completing them will land on PC on May 9 with a special, more difficult assignment to follow on May 17.

The event - which isn't a timed one - was released on console back in February for free, and now PC players get to experience it as well.

For those of you who have yet to experience Monster Hunter: World, it was also recently announced that the game will be joining Xbox Game Pass on April 18, which gives you a chance to try it for no added cost if you're a subscriber.

Is PC your platform of choice when it comes to hunting monsters?

REVIEW. Written by Kieran Harris

"World is the series at its best and after 14 years of cult fandom, we think its time for it to grace the limelight."
