Gentle Mates Alpine are the Rocket League Championship Series Copenhagen Major victors

The team defeated G2 Stride to take the event.

The first Rocket League Championship Series Major of the year is now in the books. Following 16 of the best teams from around the world flocking to Copenhagen to fight for a share of a $255,000 prize pool, a winner has now been determined.

After defeating G2 Stride in the grand finals over the weekend, Gentle Mates Alpine has taken the tournament and been dubbed Major champion. This result sees the team heading home with $75,000 in prize money and a boatload of RLCS points ideal for netting qualification to future events.
