Gambit Esports has reportedly opened its doors back to Abay "Hobbit" Khassenov, who previously played on the team between 2017 and 2018. The 26-year-old player returns after playing for teams HellRaiser and Winstrike Team.

Hobbit has previously proved a valuable asset to Gambit, as he has helped the team win competitions, such as DreamHack Open Austin and the 2017 PGL Kraków Major. He now rejoins the team with the rather flashy title of in-game leader.

Are you pleased to see Hobbit make a return?

Thanks, Dot Esports.
