Gal Gun 2, a shooter of sorts where you're actually 'shooting' anime girls with a weird pistol, was banned from sale in Germany recently, as shared by Rice Digital, who reports that the game was refused a rating by the Entertainment Software Self-Regulation Body (USK), the organisation that regulates games in Germany. By being refused a rating, the game can't be sold in German stores.

PQube, the game's publisher, reacted to the ban by saying that "disliking the content in a piece of entertainment or art, and voicing that dislike, is totally fine and even encouraged, but denying that work the right to exist in a market based on personal opinions and prejudices, is something we strongly disagree with."

Although it won't be sold in Germany, Gal Gun 2 will be sold in other western countries, since it got a 16+ rating on PEGI, and a Mature rating by ESRB. In those territories, players will be able to "suck their way into Pantsu Paradise", as the trailer below puts it, and you can get the game now on PS4 and Switch.
