Frostpunk: The Last Autumn DLC announced

Developer 11 Bit Studios have unveiled their 'biggest expansion' coming to the Frostpunk world.

11 Bit Studio's well-received city-building survival game is set to receive its biggest expansion building upon so many details in the game that fans know and love. The Last Autumn will be set as a prequel to the main game and explore the events of Site 113 and the struggles it underwent before the freezing cataclysm. Expanding on the Frostpunk universe the DLC will introduce a brand new scenario, game-changing new mechanics, unique architecture and broaden the game's already deep lore and narrative.

The expansion will see players have to tackle the threat of the freezing cataclysm which they are well and truly familiar with from the main game. With all this new equipment at your disposal, take control of a group of engineers as you try and rig a Generator to ensure the survival of Site 113. As the leader of the site, you must hope for the best but prepare for the worst as you adapt all of your strategy skills to overcome these new challenging situations.

For Queen and Country!

The expansion will be available on PC from January 21st 2020 alongside which Frostpunk will be having its largest sale yet.
