Epic has been teasing the contents of Season 10 of Fortnite for the last few weeks, but now the season has landed today and we know exactly what's in there, especially considering the fact Epic has rounded up all the news for us in the announcement post.

Previous locations have been brought back in with this season, which is all about twisted time, and there's also a new mech vehicle called the BRUTE, seating two players and causing untold destruction.

It wouldn't be a new season without a new Battle Pass though, containing over 100 rewards for the same price of 950 V-bucks. The X-Lord and Catalyst outfits are unlocked immediately upon purchasing, and at tier 100 you'll find the Ultima Knight outfit. Missions are new to the Battle Pass this time around though, seeing you complete a series of thematic objectives, and you can even gift the Battle Pass to a friend until August 15, including a unique gift box to use when gifting items from the shop.

In terms of what's been vaulted, the Quad Crasher, Baller, Flint Knock Pistol, Shadow Bomb, Semi-Auto Sniper, Tactical Assault Rifle, Mounter Turret, Air Strike, and Itemised Glider Redeploy are all gone, and Epic explains that they believe this season will be better with reduced mobility.

Season 10 also kicks off with Solos and Trios Arena modes, and there's a new scoring structure in place, seeing 10 Divisions come in. Matchmaking in the Arena is still based on Hype levels, however.

There are other smaller changes this season as well, like new bullet impact sounds, increasing the volume of distant gunfire and gliders, and increasing the chest volume and audio range by 10%.

Those who enjoy Creative will be pleased to hear that there are new ways to play, including an Advanced Storm Controller to create your own storms, and an Advanced Storm Beacon to adjust the phases. There are even two new limited-time modes, called Sky Station Showdown and Junkyard Juke.

Speaking of LTMs, Save the World is also getting one called Hit the Road, seeing you help characters get to the radio station to broadcast their "Song of the Summer". The Locker also comes to Save the World as well, including emotes, music packs, and loading screens, with more details available here.

Last but not least we get the news that the Fortnite Community Asset Pack has been updated with art from Season 10, but for the full details on this season, head on over to the patch notes.

Will you be trying all this out today?
