Konami has just announced that the first of its two PES League 2019 seasons for Pro Evolution Soccer 2019 has begun, with national myClub tournaments starting over three continents, all of which eventually lead to the PES League World Finals in June, featuring a $300,000 USD prize pool.

Following qualifiers in Europe and South America, the top players here will go on to national finals before competing with the best in the region for a place at the World Finals, where they'll meet the Asian regional qualifiers too, both for 1v1 and the 3v3 co-op mode.

December's Season 1 regional finals will be available to watch on PES and PES League channels and winners will then play those from Season 2, which starts the same month, while the World Finals will bring those from both seasons together.

Are you excited for the PES League's esports action to kick off?
