Final Fantasy XV was released in November 2016, receiving a steady stream of new content post-launch as well, and just recently it was reported that the game will get a second season pass too, including four new episodes in the next year.

As if that wasn't enough good news for the game, a Windows Edition is also coming on March 6, alongside a so-called Royal Edition, which includes all the season pass content and other updates, and it seems as if there are big ambitions for this particular release, as Final Fantasy XV director Hajime Tabata was recently interviewed by 4Gamer (translated partly by Siliconera), where he said that the team is hoping that the Windows Edition will reach total sales of 2 million copies. This would mean that the game on all platform would reach a milestone of 10 million copies sold.

Will you be getting involved with the Windows Edition?

REVIEW. Written by Jonas Mäki

"It feels like the series should feel, but adapted for a modern audience, and we're so glad that Tabata pulled this massive project together in the way that he did."
