The esports organisation and increasingly lifestyle brand, FaZe Clan has announced that it has entered into a multi-year partnership with the automotive titan, Porsche.
Announced in a press release, we're told that this deal will see FaZe Clan and Porsche teaming up on an array of "original content, esports initiatives, consumer products and digital goods, all slated for 2023."
It's also said that this deal will see Porsche regarded as one of FaZe Clan's official partners across all of its esports teams going forward.
"Porsche has been deeply involved in gaming and esports for several years, with a clear focus on racing - staying true and authentic to the heritage and DNA of the brand," said Robert Ader, CMO of Porsche. "Throughout our discussions, we've seen that FaZe and Porsche share similar core values of performance and innovation. Through this first-of-its-kind partnership, we aim to inspire the gamer community to realize their own dreams."
There is no mention of any financials relating to the deal, but we are told that "new offerings" in the Web3 space will be announced in the near future.
