When we are little more than a month away from the release of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, a new leak revealed to the game map. The Japanese magazine Famitsu (via Gameranx) shared several pictures of the collector's edition, which includes a physical map of the Northern Kabul area in Afghanistan ... a detail that ultimately revealed the main location of MGS V.

From details on the map, Northern Kabul appears to be a massive area for players to explore, although its real dimension can only be confirmed during the game itself. We do not know if there will be other areas in MGSV, but if so, we doubt they will be as expansive as Northern Kabul.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will be released on September 1 for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
