As we reported last month, the beta test for Fallout 76 is starting October 23 on Xbox One before coming to PC and PS4 on October 30, and the FAQ on the official website reveals that the size is 45GB, since Bethesda is bringing us the full game so progress can carry over at launch.

What this means though is that this beta download, as pointed out by PCGamesN, is five times bigger than the entirety of Fallout: New Vegas, so don't expect a small game when we get let loose into West Virginia later this month.

Will you be getting involved with the beta?

"The concept of a fully online Fallout title seemed so very sweet in theory but Bethesda has made more than a few stumbles along the way."
