Fallout 4 has been around for some time now, but if you still have yet to jump into the RPG then you can do so right now, as Bethesda has announced that the game will be free on Xbox One from now until January 28, meaning you have the weekend to get stuck in if you're on Microsoft's console.
PC players can also get in on the fun later though, as from February 1 to 4 the game will also be free there too, and what's more is that your save data will carry over on both versions if you decide to invest after the free weekend ends.
Your decision to purchase might also be swayed by the fact that during these free weekends the core game will be reduced in price by 33%, with 40% off the Game of the Year Edition and all the DLC as well. The Season Pass has also been reduced by 50%, which may be of interest to existing players.
Has this sorted your weekend plans?
