Bethesda has just revealed Fallout 76, which seemed to have put rumours of a Fallout 3 anniversary edition to bed, but that may not be the case after all, as Reddit user SoMeh (who predicted Fallout 76 too) has said that a Fallout 3 Remaster will also be at E3 this year.
SoMeh only said "it is" when asked if the remaster would be at the event, but they did delete the comment shortly after. Still, when sharing a picture of Nintendo's E3 showings (which featured Fallout 3 Anniversary) they did say this was "legit" too, so it seems they're certain about Fallout 3 coming our way in some form or another.
It's important to note that Fortnite, F-Zero SX, and an Octo Expansion for Splatoon 2 were also highlighted on Nintendo's E3 link by SoMeh, but of course all of this should be taken with a pinch of salt considering it's not officially confirmed in any way by anyone.
Would you want to set the world on fire again with a new version of Fallout 3?
