Fable Fortune

Fable Fortune finally leaving Early Access

Card battler goes free-to-play this month on PC and Xbox One.

Developers Flaming Fowl Studios and Mediatonic announced yesterday that Fable Fortune, the collectable card game set in the iconic world of the Fable series, leaves Early Access after seven months and will land as a free-to-play title on Xbox One and PC on February 22nd.

Like the franchise it's based on, Fable Fortune is about choice and consequence. You can play as six different heroes, but whether you're a good hero or an evil hero is entirely up to you. Complete quests and upgrade your abilities and even the cards in your deck. You can compete in leagues and events, or take on a boss or two with a friend in co-op mode.

If you want to know more about the game you can check out our impressions after getting some hands-on time with it here. Is this a game you'll be picking up?

"It has the potential to become a big digital card game, if players give it a chance."
