Excel Esports has signed Caedrel as a content creator

The former League of Legends professional is coming back to Excel, but in a new role.

Excel Esports has announced that it has signed Marc "Caedrel" Lamont back to the team, after he previously served on Excel as a member of its League of Legends roster. Caedrel will be back with Excel this time as a content creator, where he will create YouTube content alongside the team's rosters, and will appear on the team's social media.

"Caedrel has been an integral part of the EXCEL brand and when we parted ways over a year ago we promised to stay in touch," said Excel's CEO, Wouter Sleijffers. "Caedrel is a multi-talent and one of Britain's biggest esports personalities and it's been amazing to see his transformation and growth. We couldn't be more excited that we are reuniting again and I look forward to seeing what we can achieve together."

Speaking about returning to Excel, Caedrel added, "I am really excited to be returning. I will still be continuing my LEC casting duties with my role at EXCEL being a separate endeavour where I can explore my passion for streaming and content creation."
