Perception, a new horror game in development over at The Deep End Games, has just reached its Kickstarter goal of $150,000 USD, and will of course now see the light of day thanks to the financial contribution of its supporters.

Perception is being produced by Bill Gardner, an ex-Irrational staffer who worked on Bioshock, Bioshock Infinite, and Swat 4, and the game takes the player inside a haunted New England manor. The spooky title has just over a day left on Kickstarter, so the aim is now to see if they can hit one or two of their stretch goals. If they reach their next target, the studio will commit to Mac and Linux versions of their in-development horror game.

REVIEW. Written by Lisa Dahlgren

"There was great potential here, with lots of great ideas, but ultimately it feels like they've been wasted."
