The ESL has added the social football community 433 as a strategic partner to ESL Gaming. The partnership that kicked-off with the Virtual Bundesliga (VFL) Grand Finals over the weekend sees 433 create "premium short form video-on-demand formats and further innovative social content stories on the 433 esports channel," as the announcement post reads.
The partnership will also see the next season of the VFL accompanied with highlighted content in the English language, as well as 433 also delivering a variety of content over its Instagram feed.
"With over 65 million social media followers worldwide, 433 not only represents the largest digital soccer community in the world, but it is also a perfect fit for the bevestor Virtual Bundesliga," said ESL Senior Vice President Global Business Development Bernhard Mogk. "Partnering with 433 emphasized our international goals for the bevestor Virtual Bundesliga, providing further engaging social content for our global eFootball community."
433 and the ESL are also expected to be working on a range of other initiatives across eFootball, with more information set to be announced "in due course."
