Following the surprising retirement of Niclas "Pengu" Mouritzen from the Rainbow Six: Siege competitive scene, G2 Esports has announced the individual who will be filling his spot on the active team. British player Jordan "Kayak" Morley will be joining G2 Esports, as the team looks to continue its dominant streak in the R6S professional scene.

After the announcement was made, Kayak tweeted about the roster move, saying, "And there it is, the secret is out, i am joining @G2esports, im so thankful for this opportunity and i cannot wait to start working in this great team."

As of today, no official contract information has been revealed, meaning we have no information as to how long Kayak has signed with G2 for, but considering the Six Invitational 2021 is still scheduled to be played, in the position of the May Major, we can probably assume Kayak will stay with the team until then at the least.
