Blast Pro Series partners with Globo TV

This is for the São Paulo event in March specifically, and extends beyond just producing and broadcasting the event.

Blast Pro Series coordinators Rfrsh Entertainment has revealed that they've entered into a long-term partnership with TV network Globo TV to broadcast the Blast Pro Series in São Paulo in March.

Globo will produce and broadcast the tournament, but this partnership also includes various editorial and promotional content throughout the year.

Leandro Valentim, Head of Sports Businesses Development at Grupo Globo, said: "We are very proud to announce the partnership with Rfrsh Entertainment to promote, execute and broadcast Blast Pro Series in Brazil. It is more than a competition with the best players in the world, it is an exciting entertainment show. It will be the biggest esports event of the year, and it will come back every year."

Jordi Roig, Executive Producer at Rfrsh, adds: "We expect Blast Pro Series in São Paulo to set new standards for live esports entertainment, both in the arena and on broadcasts, and together with Globo, we are excited to launch a range of entertaining and educational content formats over the coming months and years."

Ticket sales for the São Paulo event open on February 1 at this link, and the event itself will run from March 22 to 23.
