If you didn't already think 2018 was the year of Astralis in CS:GO, then perhaps this latest victory might convince you, as the Danish roster won the ESL Pro League title in Odense's Arena Fyn yesterday to not only lift the trophy, but also win the Intel Grand Slam prize of $1 million USD, awarded for the first team to win four eligible events.

The final saw a familiar pairing - Team Liquid taking on Astralis - but again Team Liquid fell, this time on Astralis' home turf. Liquid started off strong with a 16-8 win, but Astralis fought back to win 3-1 and become champions.

Lukas 'gla1ve' Rossander said: "First of all, it has been crazy to play in front of so many Danish fans and I am so happy that we finally get to take a title in front of our home crowd. We could really feel the support today and just have to admit that the Danish fans are incredible."

Can Astralis win so much in 2019 too?
