Esports organiser Gfinity has announced the Gfinity Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Spring Series 2018 competition, with a $50,000 USD prize pool open to competitors in Europe and North America of all skill levels.

Registrations are now open for the tournament at this link, and all participating teams will take part in an eight-week Swiss style regular season format to try and qualify for online playoffs and the opportunity to ascend the ladder of ranked skill divisions.

Early bird team registration is already open, with preseason starting on June 10 and ending on June 28. Early bird team registration then ends (with increased league fees) on June 28, while the regular season begins on July 2, ending on August 31 with a roster lock, before playoffs start on September 2.

Cash prizes will be available in all divisions, so whether you're a seasoned veteran or someone who wants to try their luck, this is worth considering. Will you be competing?
