The seventh season of the ESL Pro League CS:GO competition has just wrapped up in Dallas, USA, and after the dust had settled it was Danish team Astralis who came away with the trophy, beating Team Liquid 3-1 in the grand final to wrap up weeks of competition and earn themselves $250,000 USD.

Astralis looked solid from the very beginning, impressing in Group B with wins over OpTic Gaming, SK Gaming, and even Liquid, before beating FaZe in the playoffs, setting up their rematch with Liquid. You'd be forgiven for thinking Liquid may well have won the grand final though, as they registered 2-0 wins against Group A winners Natus Vincere, Mousesports, and Space Soldiers in their own path to the final.

Did you think Astralis would win from the start though?
