The Omen Challenge was recently hosted at TwitchCon 2017, pitting 40 of the best PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds players against one another in duo tournaments, one of which was won by HeyGuys and the other by Team CmonBruh.

A load of other awards were given throughout the event, like for Marksmanship, with AndyPyro killing from 289 metres away, while The Omen Challenge Winner Award went to Team HeyGuys, who had the most kills across the two games.

While this wasn't the most high-profile PUBG event, it goes to show how PUBG is growing as an esport, and that more and more organisations are committed to entering and publicising the scene. Could it grow to the size of others like CS:GO?
