Two new television series from ESL, ESL Speedrunners and ESL Brawlers, will be broadcast on D|XP this summer, a new daily programming block on Disney XD dedicated solely to gaming, ESL has announced.

"Creating original programming is one of ESL's top priorities and we are thrilled to partner with Disney's D|XP to create engaging content for their audience," said Nik Adams, Senior Vice President of Global Media Rights and Distribution at ESL. "We've produced really exciting, unique content for D|XP to capture a variety of gaming elements across the cultural landscape, and we look forward to bringing this programming to the community."

"ESL is a leader in competitive gaming and we are excited to bring this original programming to our D|XP audience," added Marc Buhaj, Senior Vice President, Programming and General Manager, Disney XD.

ESL Brawlers, firstly, is all about Street Fighter V, with six episodes dedicated to the fighting game. Challengers enter a first to 10 match and each week the reigning winner must defender their title, with top fighters like Victor 'Punk' Woodley being featured in the first episode. A seventh episode of ESL Brawlers will also feature mobile esport Vainglory, where pros battle it out with community influencers.

ESL Speedrunners, on the other hand, will revolve around speedrunning, where gamers try to smash world records.
