It looks like the Super Smash Bros. scene isn't going anywhere just yet.

The Super Smash Brothers scene isn't as big as, say, League of Legends, but it still manages to pull in quite an impressive viewership for its tournaments. Last weekend was The Big House 6, the largest Smash Bros. tournament in the United States Midwest, and it proved that the viewership for the game still remains strong.

At its peak, there were 73,687 viewers (sourced via Peekand) watching The Big House 6 at the same time. Last year the tournament reportedly held a viewership of 73-74 thousand viewers, showing the tournament is holding steady.

It's important to note that this year TBH 6 is going on at the same time as the League of Legends World Championships, so managing to keep views this strong whilst being overshadowed by one of the biggest esports events of the year is impressive. Were you watching this year's tournament?
