Epic Games gives employees two weeks off work

The hard-working employees at Epic Games are getting two whole weeks off work, but season 9 won't suffer.

Developer Epic Games are still on top with its hugely successful game Fortnite but to not overwork its employees, they're all getting two weeks off work starting today (as of typing this), June 24 until July 8. The success of the game has been tough on the developers and despite usually granting workers two weeks off during the holiday season, this year they're getting some sun during the golden days of summer.

For those of you waiting for the 9th season of Fortnite, however, don't fret. The season won't stop and everything will proceed as scheduled. The studio will also be available on hand should a major issue arise.

Do you play Fortnite?

Thanks, PC Gamer
