EA make G.I. Joe game to go with movie

As you may or may not know the old G.I. Joe action figures are getting a revival this summer as Paramount release their feature film and naturally there will be a game to go along with the movie release. EA are publishing the game which will feature 12 different G.I. Joe characters, each with a distinct set of abilities and there will also be a co-op mode.

The game will be shown of at the New York Toy Fair set to start in a few days, but given the short time frame between announcement and release, the fact that it is based on a movie and the fact the no developer information was revealed in the first press release, we are not putting too much faith in this one at this point.
