Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is heavily discounted on Steam

The Steam Christmas sale is imminent, but for some fans the festivities have come early. Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, a game that only released back in August, has received quite the discount.
The game has been discounted by a whopping 67% from full price, putting it at a cool $19.79/£13.19/€16.49, so if you've been holding off on a purchase to wait for a discount, now is definitely the time to do so. The deluxe edition is also 40% off, making it the same price as the base game would be without sale.
This is the lowest price Deus Ex: Mankind divided has ever been since launch, but there is a small chance it might be even lower during the Christmas sale, which is set to begin this week. Is it worth it for this discounted price?
